Doug was reassuring, calm and patient in the planning and build up to the funeral we planned together. On the day, he was a calming presence and coordinated things superbly, really taking any stress out of it and allowing family and guests to focus on the celebration of life on the day…

Doug has such a calm caring nature with a very soft voice which is ideally suited to a funeral service. The service is very personal to ourselves and very well laid out without the religious aspect we didn’t want. It was a lovely service for my dad. Thankyou Doug
